Introduction: This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the 3A Trailer Rental, LLC website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Services Offered: The Site offers the rental of trailers. Rentals are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund.
Deposits: A deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Deposits will be returned if the trailer is returned without damage.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period.
Availability: Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. The Site does not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer.
Termination: The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Limitation of Liability: The Site shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Modification of Terms: The Site may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site is located.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Site.
